Recently featured on the cover of AWCI’s “On the Surface” magazine, the 400 George Street project has a 5 Star Green Star rating and comprises of 40,000 sqm of office space for the Brisbane CBD.

Winner of the 2010 AWCI Queensland Awards of Excellence in Plastering for projects over $1 million – the 35 story project has attracted many high-profile tenants including; Lihir Services Australia, Commonwealth Bank, Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and the Department of Environment and Resource Management.

Working with Precision Interior Walls and Ceilings, Rondo supplied product to the project, which involved 8m ceilings on levels 14 and 33 requiring structural steel substrates, two hour fire-rated shaft walls, fire corridors and walkways.
