Since our customers asked us for more product training, Rondo customers from all over Australia and New Zealand have been reaping the benefits of the 2 free training courses released last year on Rondo products and systems.

By year end 2011, 32 Rondo Skills training sessions had been completed, allowing over 300 customers to become competent in the application and installation of Rondo wall and ceiling systems. Run by Rondo’s certified National Product Trainer, the Rondo Skills Program is a one-day theory and practical based training session that allows participants to connect Rondo components together and see them installed as a system.

Not only do participants receive invaluable product training, but they also take away a Rondo Skills folder that contains six interactive training manuals, notepad and pen and are rewarded with a Rondo Skills certificate of completion. Rondo SKILLS is currently taking bookings for training in 2012, if this is of interest – you should contact your local state representative to book a session.

In the meantime, Rondo Learning Online which launched in June 2011 continues to provide hundreds of people in the industry a full audio and visual learning experience on Rondo’s main product systems. Rondo Learning Online is a free web based training module that is available for users to access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, making it a convenient training tool and the first of its kind for the industry.

The online product training takes roughly 1 hour to complete, and includes a range of handy tips and answers to commonly asked questions.

But that’s not by any means the end of it. Stay tuned for Rondo Skills “Intermediate” training, expected to be launched later this year. The intermediate program will be available nation-wide and deliver a practical course on the application of Rondo products and systems.
